We started as a small family company with a big idea. We wanted to bring class and style to university students who enjoy collegiate pride. We decided to create a line of shoes to showcase school pride whether that was at alumni events, tailgates or for a night on the town. We wanted to blend comfort with timeless design, so we went to Switzerland and talked to another family that had been in the shoe industry for over 80 years. After a few bottles of the bubbly, we agreed that American women can never find comfort and style in a shoe at an affordable price. We worked hard with our friends on the other side of the ocean to launch a line of shoes that blend high-end college style with comfort and quality. We worked even harder with women on this side of the pond to find a style and fit that appealed to school pride.


We are looking for Sales Reps to grow our direct business in university towns. We want to further innovate the women's shopping experience by going off-line with personalized fittings and trunk shows. This is a dynamic leadership role that requires self-initiative, a love for shoes and a desire to be on the cutting edge of an exciting, new and unique business.


Achieve sales goals by providing leadership and creativity in direct sales. Develop the direct service offering into an effective way to generate new customers; prioritize strategies and tactics, create sales programs, and execute. Coordinate sales activity and establish processes to improve productivity. Contribute to the management team by providing analysis and insights into the most effective ways to develop and support the program.


Resourceful; ability to find a way to get things done with limited resources. Effective in a start-up environment; fast-paced, collaborative, and challenging. A proven leader; has been in charge of something, led a project and team, and achieved successful results. Is a doer; driven, solution-oriented, and takes action to find a way to grow the business. Talk the talk and walk the walk. (yep we said it) Is consumer-driven; understands what it means to sell through service and maintain the strength of the brand. Great communicator; ability to dynamically connect with customers.  Organized and takes operational ownership. Goal oriented; you figure out the goals, plan, and organize a committed effort to surpass them. Preferably a current student and sorority member.
